NDA Supply Chain Event Attracts 2,000 Attendees

The NDA group’s Supply Chain Event, a key networking event for the decommissioning sector, successfully brought together 2,000 professionals and 300 exhibitors at the Telford International Centre this week.

The event focused on fostering collaboration and innovation within the decommissioning industry.

The day was launched by David Peattie, Chief Executive of the NDA group, who said

I am proud to welcome everyone to our milestone 10th Supply Chain Event, which again provides a crucial opportunity for our sector to share expertise and build collaboration with one another.

The supply chain is a vital component of our operations, working collaboratively with our dedicated staff to drive our success.

The expertise, dedication and innovation within the supply chain are crucial to progressing our mission, and the contribution of supply chain colleagues enables us to tackle some of the most complex challenges in nuclear decommissioning and in the wider industry.

I look forward to our continued collaboration across the NDA group.

The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) is a public body in the United Kingdom responsible for managing the safe decommissioning and clean-up of the UK’s civil nuclear sites. Established under the Energy Act 2004, the NDA ensures that nuclear facilities and associated sites are dismantled and restored in a manner that prioritizes safety, environmental sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
